Addressing Concerns

Colorado Recreation Company finds that the quickest and most effective way to resolve a concern is by addressing it at the most direct level. The following are suggested procedures:

1. Campground Host: First, talk with the campground host at the campground for assistance. 

2. Area Management: If the concern is not resolved at the campsite level, please speak to the onsite management. 

3. Central Administration: If the concern is not resolved at the campground level, please call (303) 845-1174 and ask to speak to the District Manager. 

4. Human Resources Office: If after following through with steps 1-3, your concern has not been resolved to your satisfaction, please contact Angela Laney (Human Resources Director) at 661-845-2949 or alaney@coloradorec.us

5. President: If after contacting the Human Resources Director and your concern has STILL not been resolved, you may contact the President/Vice President of the company by calling (303) 845-6923, or emailing the president at cdiangelo@coloradorec.us
