Director of Operations
The Director of Operations is a professional who manages the daily activities of a company by overseeing several departments. They are responsible for directing actions across an organization and direct managers to improve efficiency and reduce costs as needed.
We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to organize and oversee the daily operations of our company. You will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people. The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes. The ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan many different kinds of operational activities. He/She must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run the business.
The goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company’s operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success.

Vice President
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President at Colorado Recreation Company. The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the company. This includes managing staff, developing and implementing business plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving revenue growth. The Vice President will also collaborate with stakeholders, participate in industry events, and represent CRC in various settings.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a similar role
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and execute effective business plans
Experience in the outdoor recreation or hospitality industry
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus'
